1. Using this site

You must be at least 18 to buy from us. We may refuse or cancel an order, and we will tell you why and refund you in full if we do.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe the Method as accurately as we can. Lumé products are cosmetic — they are for the appearance and feel of your skin. They are not medicines or medical devices, they do not treat or cure any condition, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you are pregnant, have a skin condition, or are being treated for anything, check with your doctor before starting.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. We may change prices, but not after you have placed an order. Payment is handled by Shopify and its payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

4. Subscriptions

The Ritual Rate is a recurring plan. Its price, interval, billing and cancellation terms are set out in our purchase options cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms. You can pause, skip or cancel at any time.

5. Shipping and returns

Covered in our shipping policy and our refund and return policy, both of which form part of these terms.

6. Our content

The Lumé name, the Method, our text, images, video and portal content belong to us. Please do not copy or republish them.

7. Member portal

Portal access is for you, personally. Please do not share your login or redistribute the material inside it.

8. What you agree not to do

Use this site unlawfully, infringe anyone's rights, or interfere with how it works.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using this site or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
